Catering and Hospitality Courses
The highest demand with the most lucrative overseas career and migration opportunities exist with the three modules mentioned herein.
Each module is conducted during a semester consisting of 4 months and the institute enrolls two intakes each year, one in July and the other in January.
The timetable is drawn up in a most practical manner to accommodate students to take up one or if preferred, all three modules during one semester.
All students who succeed in obtaining the high pass-mark set by the institute are then required to undergo a minimum 6 months industrial training in order to qualify for the certificate of the module or modules of their choice. Raffles with their well connected network in the hospitality industry will assist the students in securing industrial training in leading star class hotels in Sri Lanka.
